Anyone catch the Channel 4 documentary aired this week. It made sobering viewing as teenagers and young adults were given MRIs whilst watching porn with surprising results. The brains reward centre lit up like a Christmas tree, indicating that watching porn is as addictive as drugs and alcohol.
